Job Description

1 Strategy Policy Implementation
Responsible to establish policies and procedures that align with organization overall goals and objectives Implements standards of performance, standard operating procedures (SOP) and recommend policy amendments as necessary Consults with relevant departments to ensure policies adhere to local regulations, insurance requirements and legalities Oversee the development of security policies, procedures and measures in compliance with the DPS Law 24
Ensure UAE Nationals training and development is in place to develop the talent

2 Planning and Budgeting
Plan long-term operational goals for the department Implement review business continuity planning for the clients of the company by studying their business core and recommended effective actions when necessary Develops financial budgets for COD and oversee Find ways to reduce operational costs and increase productivity

3 Managing Day-to-Day Operations
Monitor the department under the COD like support office and fleet management, direct all staff activities Determine accurate staff needed for each client, Assign responsibilities to the entire staff
Ensure that deployment mechanism is organized and adequately resourced against contract and avoid excess deployment Review the organization structure on actual company activities against job description, applied uplift standards of personnel and embarked on morale-boosting programs through upgrading of personnel skills by analysing training needs which should help WS to stay upto date as per market trend
4 Client Relationship Management
Ensure that strengthening client relationship and introducing various initiatives with the clients that would help retain our client base

Act as a point of contact between company and client to resolve issues both operational and billing in a timely manner, conduct regular meetings with client ensure satisfaction level must be utmost and identify the future requirement through positive relationship

5 Team Management Coordination
Manage team members to assist in achieving the assigned objectives Distribute team targets to individual team members, Guide, motivate and train for better operational support staff to enhance the efficiency of the COD results in customer satisfaction

Maintain reports from all team members and track follow up on remedial action taken on clients business Coordination with all department and supporting those respective functions that are related to operations
