Job Purpose: To provide operational and administrative support to the meetings and business support teams in BMO Key Result Areas 1- Coordinate finance, procurement, facilities and HR requirements
2- Assist in preparation of documents, reports and presentations
3- Assist with documentation of politics and procedures 4- Assist in the management and update of manual and e-filling systems 5- Assist in the monitoring, assessing and developing finance and business activities
6- Coordinate office and stationary requirements 7- Schedule, organize minute meetings 8- Assist in mail documentation and presentation, as required 9- Coordinate with QF Directorates and Centers, and external entities as needed
10- Other duties as assigned Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries - The work environment will be fast paced and demanding environment . - Office environment with the occasional lifting of box files (5KG). - Confidentiality is a must Communication in Working Relationships - Board management office team
- QF Directorates, partners, Centers, and External Entities - Sr. Management Teams, HHO and executive Boards Problem Solving and Complexity
- Multitasking, flexibility, resourcefulness and problem solving skills are a must for demanding deadlines - High level of comprehension and organization Decision Making Authority and Responsibility - This job operates within standardized procedures, practices and work routines and general work instructions. - Supervision is general and is considered with progress and results
