1.Daily and monthly revenue assurance reports for PCR and losses calculations 2.Reversals reports 3.Back billing reports 4.Manual billing 5.Temporary connections 6.Discrepancies on age and Oracle reports track 7.Daily government payment posting 8.Daily private posting for cheques and direct debit 9.Release cheques from Orion and System 10.Post failed transactions 11.Reconcile payment received in Bank and Process it 12.Receive payment details from collection staff and process the same 13.Payment reversal 14.Download collection from Banks 15.Coordinate with collection team for any cheque reversal and payment details 16.Coordinate with collection agents for any payment reversal and processing 17.AER KPIs customer satisfaction 18.Price control return 19.Region wise for Regulated Unit Distributed (RUD), Revenue, & customer accounts. 20.Late payment code of practice. 21.Complaint handling procedure.
