Job Description

In order to be considered for this role, you must have Hotel School Degree or diploma or equivalent. You must have a minimum 2 year experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant with WSET level 2 or equivalent. A total of 4 year experience in F&B 5 star international environment. You will have a detailed Food & beverage knowledge within a Quality Luxury Brand, excellent presentation and social etiquette as well as strong leadership and a good motivator. It is essential that you have good command of the English language (spoken and written) and you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
