Job Description

The Position: In this role you will be required to drive and influence business performance through strong partnership and collaboration with all the business units. You will be required to enable the delivery of our corporate objectives by partnering with the business to identify their strategic challenges and priorities to delivering them. You will be required to initiate, manage and deliver projects and enhance performance to enable simpler, more efficient, and practical and productive ways of conducting business. Furthermore, be responsible for facilitating change - across people, processes and systems. Drive and support cross functional initiatives and continually enhance performance through consultation, collaboration, projects and support activities, including, but not limited to resource planning (e.g. manpower, equipment, fuel, etc.), organisational design, supply chain management, customer engagement, innovation and long term planning.
