For this Purchasing Analyst role, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management or any related discipline with 3-5 years of procurement experience. Candidates coming from the construction or a heavy industry sector like automotive, steel, mining or cement are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills with exposure to Oracle and other ERPs, along with excellent fluency of English and Arabic languages. In addition, the successful candidate will be motivated to work for a newly established, start up company in Saudi Arabia.
Our client is a newly established procurement and sourcing office focusing on the construction sector, with plans to hire 5 key appointments in Q3 of 2013, followed by 30 more hires in the next 6 months. They are a spin-off of a large multi billion SAR organisation which is globally recognised, and have aggressive plans for growth in the coming years. This is an exciting company to join, and they seek highly motivated and impressive individuals who have current or previous Saudi Arabian or GCC work experience, and preferably come from the construction or a heavy industry sector like automotive, steel, mining or cement. If you do come from a large organisation, then it is critical that you have the self drive and hands on ability to work in a small, start up company. They plan on having a procurement spend value of over 1 billion SAR in the next 12 months, so this new business will certainly offer a lot of complex but rewarding challenges.
The successful candidate will be offered a full tax free package of SAR 15,000 - 21,000 Saudi Riyals, all inclusive of Basic, Housing and Transport allowances.
