**This is a contingent position based on contract award and funding from the customer**LocationCamp Arifjan, KuwaitClearance LevelAbility to obtain US Government Secret clearance, or Limited Access Authorization for Third Country NationalsPrimary FunctionThe Quality Control Manager (QCM) will address overall quality management, quality controlassurance, quality auditing, and process improvement of the program The QCM will hold documented training and licensure as an electrician in work directly related to the scope of this program The Quality Control Manager assures overall standardization and quality of contract deliverables and general contract compliance The Quality Control Manager will also supervise one Quality Control Specialist per four (4) fielded electrical inspection teams working on the contract This position is contingent upon award of contractResponsibilities Quality Control Manager assures overall quality of contract deliverables and general contract compliance and ensure the correct application of the project quality plan in site activities, the supervisioncoordination of the quality control activities and the implementation of the Quality Control Plans Ensure the execution of supervisory, inspection and technical assistance activities for electrical and fire operations performed by technicians Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, quality tools for problem solving and assessment Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods are used to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability Responsible for maintaining quality standard of products and the procedures and materials Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractual performance metrics and standards are achieved Aligns quality management function with the performance needs of performance activities Identify and provide PMO recommendations for corrective actions and continuous process improvement Possess Strong analytical skills to assess situations Accurately and identify alternative approaches and effective solutions and adopt an effective course of action Experienced with various Electrical and Fire systems and inspection of all applications of electrical installation Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing Must be able to coordinate and support several projects simultaneously and efficiently Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented with the ability to maintain high standards for quality of work Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong working knowledge of government contracts, Electrical Distribution Systems, Fire protection systems and Fire prevention and Training Other duties as assigned by managementJob Requirements Documented training and licensure as an electrician, with prior experience in directly-related work At least three (3) years of work experience related to USG contracts working in a contingency environment in Quality Control and Quality Assurance and who can address overall quality management, quality controlassurance, quality auditing, and continuous process improvement Must possess a valid Drivers License and Passport with minimum 6 months left prior to expirationrenewal Must meet all medical qualifications under the contract and meet other requirements applicable to working in the USARCENTCENTCOM AOR Excellent communication skills Reading, writing, email correspondence, with excellent ability to articulate problem-solving solutionsPreferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited University andor five (5) years of practical experience preferred Experience in an OCONUS
