Position Description DREAM BIG As one of the worlds largest fully integrated energy enterprises, Saudi Aramco not only looks for individuals who can meet our expectations but for those individuals who can exceed them Our intent is to become the worlds leading integrated energy company by 2020, and to accomplish our goals, we want, and encourage you, to Dream Big The professional rewards at Saudi Aramco are amazing, but so too are the lifestyle and benefits We are currently seeking an experienced Refinery Operations Engineer to join the Jazan Refinery Operations Engineering Department in Saudi Arabia The successful candidate will be working for either Gasification block within the Operation Engineering Unit Minimum Requirements As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Gasification Process Plant In addition, the candidate must have thorough knowledge in refinery processes particularly in gasification process and its auxiliaries such as acid gas removal, air separation and H2 purification Experience in hydroprocessing and platforming is preferred Duties & Responsibilities Identify system concepts and determine system functional and technical requirements Conduct process analyses, monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve problems and ensure operation within technical and safety basis requirements Propose and development processsystem improvements including flow sheet changes, equipment upgrades and plant modifications Prepare modification packages, provide technical input (eg, for procedure development) and approve work packages, and advise operationsmaintenance for optimizing day to day operations Monitor product yields, catalyst life and process efficiencies and generate recommendations that increase plant efficiency or yield Develop safety procedures to be employed by workers operating equipment or working in close proximity to ongoing chemical reactions Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management

Saudi Aramcos Refining, Marketing & International (RM&I) business line is responsible for the Companys downstream operations: refining, distribution and marketing. RM&I oversees the operations of the Companys wholly owned refineries and NGL (natural gas liquids) fractionation plants. The business

Additional integrated refining and petrochemical ventures are under study.
