Job Description

           Business Development 1-      Creating a pipeline of prospects of new corporate clients for their non-life, medical and life insurances. 2-      Meeting the prospects and receiving proposals from them. 3-      Arranging for the quotes, based on the proposals within the stipulated TAT. 4-      Negotiating and closing business 5-      Identifying cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to enhance relationship.            Account Management 1-      Key Account Servicing - Maintaining relationships with corporate clients acquired, servicing their insurance requirements and providing support. 2-      Secure renewals and increase existing portfolio by cross selling other insurance products.  Quality Assurance 1-      Maintain quality focus by proactively contributing to the QMS improvement cycle. 2-      Ensure adherence to overall KPIs and internal and external SLAs of the department. 3-      Continuous training and professional development
