Job Description

? Deliver annual sales and income targets and plan activities quarterly / monthly to achieve agreed targets.? Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.? Ability to sell cross sell multiple categories.? Acquire product knowledge and advise the customers accordingly to add value to them.? Provide customers with quotations and follow up. Arrange product demonstrations.? Check quantities of goods in stock and accept orders accordingly.? Provide regular market intelligence of new hotel / customer openings, competitor activities.? Support the business unit in introducing new products in the market and do relevant surveys / tests as necessary.? Advise on profitable selling prices and other relevant clauses/ conditions within the contracts for benefit of the unit.? Inculcate healthy relationship with principals and collaboratively formulate win-win strategies.? Take initiative to identify new business opportunities. ? Efficiently handle customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to the senior management.? Follow up on out standings / payments with the customers.? Ensure company procedures are followed with their customers
