Establish close working relationships with major customers to ensure the renewal of existing business and the generation of new business
Investigate opportunities including Construction Accessories cross selling; intercompany CRH; third party distribution channels and other routes to market as appropriate
Drive Commercial Excellence throughout the business using performance data as appropriate to ensure expected results are delivered and margin is maximized
Work with the senior management team across the organisation to ensure strategies are supported and embedded in the business with particular focus on safety, cost, profitability, quality, customer service and price management
