Roles and Responsibility

A Sales person can possibly be a Deputy Manager or Manager with a minimum qualification of Engineering Degree or equivalent with an experience of at least 6-8 years in the field of Automotive Industry in the regions Should be able to fluently speak in French and English

Objective of the role

1) Retail all products through dealer network

brand establishment

Dealer & Company profit

2) Process implementation PRISM

identify the potential market to increase sales volume

Knowing about market to increase reach

Plan for marketing activities to generate leads and establish brand image for healthy retail and customer confidence to buy our product

Market intelligence to know your competition sales and price and policy and act upon accordingly

Ecosystem enhancement to cover the potential hubs and sales penetrate

Preparation of CVP to enhance competence of sales staff

3) Promotional Activity to be planned

To enhance brand image

To generate lead and convert to prospect to sales

4) Network Planning

To bring new dealers in important economic centres to increase reach and end customer satisfaction

Sales service outlets in important hubs to ensure better after sales service availability

5) Finance availability

Tie ups with local banks and macro finance company for easy finance to customer

Relationship with banks to ensure smooth transaction at the time of purchase of vehicles by the customers This will lead to sales volume

6) Model forecasting and stock liquidation plan

Model to be forecast in SAP for easy availability of required vehicles, reports through our funnel management

Old stock liquidation plan to enhance the future orders from dealership

7) Training to dealer and sales team for capability building

Under the guidance making team to do sales projects on KAM like Container, Reefer, Agri, Schools and Indian customers to enhance sales volume and brand image

Accountabilities

Achieving the retail MPB volume targets of buses and trucks sales for the French speaking African countries

Identify potential future projects from the assigned area and completion of them into orders

Ensuring completion of deliveries for the projects and orders secured within the scheduled time

Identifying potential dealers for and partiesagents who can help the company is securing projects from the area

Relationship building with top level governmental and business individuals to aid in the growth of

Collection of marketcompetition information and analysis of market data to enable market mapping

Coordinating with the respective platform teams in development or alignment of products to suits the market situation

Developing the Global Sales Team in Francophone Africa Area

Performing sales and marketing activitiesevents through Dealerships

Review of DCR and Funnel report of sales team to project sales forecast and retail sales
