1Responsible for the sales of printing products and services
2Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve monthly sales targets, building a good long lasting working relationship with customers
3Coordinate with BD Department for new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area
4Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products
5Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about company products and services
6Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff
7Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored
8Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development
9Follow up orders from inception to delivery and present daily and weekly reports
10Customer visit on daily basis and provide report to Sales Manager
