Job Description

General Summary
To provide computer support for the users at the location for which heshe is responsible for To supervise the work of the help desk team in that location To provide first line support for networks, servers, and business applications

Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
1- Support end users for all hardware and software problems, including, computer software and hardware, networking, printing, emails, office applications and business applications

2- Follow up and coordinate the purchase of new hardware according to company business processes

3- Follow up and manage the maintenance of the hardware (computers, laptops, printers, monitors, etc) whether internally or through external providers

4- Responsible to manage and maintain suitable stock of spare parts to avoid delays in supporting the users including stock of ink cartridges for printers

5- Provide first line support for the network, both LAN and WAN, and work in conjunction with the network and system administrators to resolve any problems

6- Manage the day-to-day operation of the IT department in the factory
