Job Description

Team working, Coaching Development & Leadership (Coaching & Leadership applicable to people managers)

* Lead project team to ensure they are motivated, focused, achieve their targets and provide a professional service.
* Works as part of the network project team within the Network Project Management Department and the wider Technology BU.

Communicating, Negotiating & Influencing

* Establish and manage multiple cross-functional relationships, coordination and communication lines with operating units & corporate centres.
* Manage relationships with vendors to ensure radio projects are delivered on time to budget. Coordinates with Technology Departments to track and monitor projects, Liaise with Procurement and Contract Management and with Finance for radio project related issues

Decision Making
Full authority over all activities carried out within the department

* Full decision making in radio project domain
* Input into major decisions on a day-to-day basis
* Resource identification and decisions within the radio project domain
* Operational decisions to improve methods and procedures
* Radio Project related decisions in terms of timelines risks budget etc.

* Bachelors in Telecoms Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent
