Nationality: Saudi
Education:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Holds valid industry leading certificates such as (ISO20000, PMI, COBIT, ITIL & MOF)
Holds adequate technical certifications of leading IT infrastructure technologies such as (HP, VMWare, Microsoft, Ciscoetc.)
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of mixed experience in IT infrastructure operations
Experience with managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents
Special Skills:
Capable to manage functional and virtual teams
Possess fundamental business management skills, customer management and project management
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
Possess adequate analytical skills and positive and constructive minded team player
