Job Description

1- Understand and fully comply with Rolacos policies, procedures & work instructions.
2- Maintains cleanliness of the showroom and surroundings. 3- Ensures all items are correctly labeled with Stock Number and arranged properly in their locations.
4- Strictly adheres to and ensure implementation of Quality Policy and procedures specifically:
A. Receiving and inspection of goods.
B. Storing of item under most optimum condition.
C. Reports on damaged items and returns.
D. Labels all items correctly.
5- Ensures all incoming items confirm with the required specification. 6- Liaises with Purchasing Manager & Stock Controller for the availability of ordered items. 7- Ensure Petty Cash, Receipts, Vouchers and Cash handling is up-to-date and verified by Finance & Accounting.
8- Implements the inventory of items and inserts all the needed information in the ERP system.
9- Ensures decent appearance with customers in the showroom.
10- Ensures customers calls schedules are created and satisfaction measurements are established.
11- Ensures our services meet the expectation and satisfaction of customers. 12- Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to the trainees under his supervision, in line with his Department Training Program, or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing in the Work Place.
13- Perform other tasks for the division within the scope of work when instructed by his direct upper line of authority as per Org. chart.
14- Develop KPIs for the showroom and deliver on them, in line with management's directions.
15- Manage the staff in the showroom and align with HR as needed.
16- Deliver the needed sales targets and assign work to the team.
