Showrooms Manager Job Title: Showrooms Manager Department: Sales Reports to: Country Sales Manager
Location: Based in Jeddah, KSA, with periodic travel to other cities. The Company A leading distribution and retail company in the fabrics industry serving its customers with 20 retail stores spread around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as other showrooms in UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, Yemen and Oman. With more than 550 employees, the company procures, manages and sells over 50,000 SKUs (fabrics for furniture upholstery, curtains and accessories) to a large portfolio of customers (galleries, interior decorators, individuals, large real estate projects, large furniture factories Employment Objective
Manage and develop companys retail sales channel (17 Companys Showrooms across kingdom) and achieve/exceed sales target through comprehensive work plan, SOP for professional retail business, well-motivated & trained sales team, best showrooms brand environment, and best customers services standard provided all the time. Main Duties The duties of the Showrooms Manager consist of 4 main parts:
1.Showroom Operations
-Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets. -Developing Standard Operation Procedures. -Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards.
-Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales
-Identify and create new customers through building strong relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers
-Assist showrooms customers in lighting selections and purchases in a manner that maintains long term relationships
-Continued oversight of staff compliance with company procedures and operating processes
-Coordinate activities of stock personnel to facilitate shipping and receiving in accordance with established procedures.
-Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;
-Control and flow up day to day sales figures achievement by outlets
-Developing stock analysis system by monitor fast moving, slow moving and non-moving and suggested solutions.
-Provided top management with expansion studies via suggesting new showrooms for location.
-Develop annual appraisal to all retail staff 2.Customers Services
-Ensuring that showrooms customers problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
-Developing customer service procedures, policies & standards.
-Ensure that all Showrooms Staff are promoting high quality standards at all times.
3.Showrooms Employees
-Motivate, coach, train and develop sales employee for optimum sales performance and excellent customer service
-Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach and level of service that will attract and retain long term customers
4.Communication & Reporting
-Monthly communicate sales figures achievement: sales, goods returns, issues, etc. to Country Sales Manager and request assistance needed from company
-Prepare timely monthly reporting in accordance with company requirements
-Ensure accurate showrooms sales reports.
-Monitor competitors activities -provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
