Job Description

VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for SME Banking Application Support for one of its clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following terms and conditionsSkill set Required Minimum 5-7 years of general IT support experience in the banking domain Proven track record of pragmatic and robust delivery of complex and detail-oriented initiatives Evidence of taking a personal level of ownership that has seen overstepping the mark in resolving issues and supporting others in solving their issues Evidence of a well-developed ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats at all levels within organizations Evidence of comfort with technology concepts and solutions across the spectrum of delivery Demonstrable experience delivering projects end to end, eg from Inception to BAU handover Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goalsEducational Qualifications Bachelor degree BSc BE IT educational background (computer engineer) Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Net, Oracle and Java Technologies within a professional organization and corporate applications Good networking knowledge (subnets, firewalls, ports, switches, routing and TCPIP) Customer service oriented with great communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational skills Technical Competencies Knowledge of IT development standards, SDLC and Best practice frameworks ITIL, etc Banking and Finance applications Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)Detailed Roles and Responsibilities1 Accelerate the delivery and time to market of new productsprojects for the Bank through rigorous project management skills2 Ensure any introduced change (through a project) is future-proofed to meet the vision of the organization, is prioritized and guide the business users through the Change process3 To have a good understanding of banking organization and be able to suggest long term and short term solutionsOPERATIONAL1 Responsible for the Workflow system, Corporate Risk Rating system, e-Learning, Customer Complaints system, Alerts system, Margin Call Application, Mailer Systems, Centralized Property Valuation System, Fixed Assets Bar Coding System, LuLu CoBranded Credit Card Application Medical File Upload System, Staff e-Loans Application, BPM Application, Attendance System, eBiz Application (HRMS Finance Procurement) etc2 Responsible for deployment, user support & maintenance of above software systems 3 Standby Support for systems like LOS, CIB, staff appraisal, annual appraisal, collections4 Responsible for providing the MIS information for the above5 Follow-up on and report aged calls to ensure timely response6 Prepare and maintain technical documentation and an exhaustive inventory for all IT end-users equipmentssoftware7 Evaluate and test end-users software and systems solutions8 Co-ordinate with end-users for UAT and post Go-Live supportTerms and conditions Joining time frame Maximum 1 monthShould you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
