Position specification Strategic Contribution to the companyPersonal Credibility (Communication skills Effective Relationships Achieving results Self Management etc)Leadership functional expertiseComputer skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Excellent negotiation skills;Key accountabilities will include1 Identify and plan organizational redesigns, key restructuring initiatives, right sizing opportunities and talent upgrades throughout business2 Develop and implement Human Resource programs intended to ensure achievement of business objectives concerning skills upgrade, Aspects of Leadership improvement, achievement of productivity program objectives, etc3 Develop and execute key initiatives to strengthen synergies between facilitiesbusinesses4 Drive rigorous SMR (Standard Method & Review) process to ensure consistent calibration of assessments, increased understanding of BLF (Business Linked Finance), and heightened awareness of performance gaps and movement of talent5 Champion employee satisfaction process through engagement of leadership in the communication of employee survey results and the development and execution of action plans to achieve year over year improvement6 Partnering with key stakeholders on organization restructures and workforce planning initiatives to ensure delivery of business goals and objectives7 Works and consults with appropriate legal personnel in the resolution of complex employeelabor relations issues (helpline)8 Partner with Staffing Department to manage employment activities for the site to include meetings with hiring managers to discuss general staffing activities, job requirements, salary ranges, salary grades, relocation benefits, job posting , and related activities9 Participates in developing and implementing training programs to further improve leadership and organizational capability In conjunction with senior management and relevant line managements, develops and supports succession planning initiatives Develops retention strategies for top performers consistent with talent management guidelines with appropriate line managers10 Acts as the point of contact in arranging for preliminary indoctrination and training for newly hired employees11 Responsible for the preparation and submission of the Companys Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), and for ensuring compliance with applicable government staffing laws12 Facilitates employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes, as appropriate13 Develops, and implements HR & Admin, policy & procedure programs to further promote and maintain a professional work environment14 Counsels managers on the appropriate handling of performance issues and assists with performance improvement activities15 Establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective leader on people related issues16 Provides HR consultation and guidance to employees throughout the organization and, where necessary, facilitates the development of individual development plans with line managers17 Develops and implements solutions to people related challenges based upon HR expertise and in&depth understanding of the business18 Partners with affiliate leaders to ensure that HR goals and priorities are aligned with business needs Participates in the decision&making process as it relates to people and organizational development19 Manages compensation issues unique to assigned client groups In partnership with Compensation, proposes solutions to address compensation concerns Manages compensation process for functional groups to include equity assessment, job description creationupdatesanalysis and salary administration20 In collaboration with Human Resources partners, identities ways to streamline processes procedures and programs which support the overall business strategy Acts as the liaison between HR and client groups, ensuring effective communication of information21 Provides counsel to management and employees on complex employee relations issues (Help line IR) Manages employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and workperformance issues and other complaints22 While ensuring legal compliance, leveraging employee abilities and managing risk Effectively investigates the issues and recommends appropriate action23 Plan, develop & implement Employer Branding program internally & externally24 Plan direct & coordinate PMS Team in implementation of BMG (Be My Guest) program, EOS (Employee opinion survey) for the group25 Develop and maintain MIS report according to the needs of management26 Facilitate or lead meetings, round tables, teams, or HR work group27 Training & Development Assist management in identifying staff development needs & coordinate the provision of training activities
