Roles & Responsibilities

Project development 70%Participate to the implementation of Clients industrial footprint policy
Analyze in coordination with the GBUs the potential area of cooperation and possible transfer of technology (TOT)
Conceive areas for cooperation in close relationship with the dedicated local partners and GBUs
Elaborate and negotiate the business plan or business case of the selected projects
Support the operational development of the projects

Industry engagement 15%Develop relationships with key local stakeholder across the various Clients markets
Understands our various customers mission, operational environment and priorities, broadens their understanding of Client solutions in connection with their missions, thus to provide adequate suggestions and generate interest
Elaborate a mapping of the key decision makers, key stakeholders and potential partners in the country
Propose key business development initiatives to support the development of Clients image in the country, reinforcing a key strategic partner position and supporting the footprint development

Innovation 15%Supporting the UAE vision, engage with key innovation stakeholders in the various Emirates, grounding Clients image as a key industrial innovator
Identify and formalise the specific expectation of the UAE government in terms of transfer of technology and innovation
Build and maintain a country innovation plan aligned with the country strategic plan
Propose the priorities for Client in the UAE in terms of transfer of Technology aligned with the country strategic plan
Contribute to the deployment of the innovation strategy of Client at the country level
Contribute to the communication plan from innovation perspective

Experience RequirementsExperience in customer relationship and business development
Experience in developing and validating Business Plans
Sense of customer service and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Ability to challenge customer requests
Experience in Business Intelligence
Global understanding of complex systems

QualificationsBSMS degree
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Very high proficiency in English
Fluent in Arabic is a plus
