Job Description

The Technical Sales Executive Project Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques To promote all services that the company could offer and would follow up any leads to sourcing new clients

SECTION II KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve the project sales target allocated for the given year

Cold call and gather market and customer information

Develop relationship within the local market with architects, developers, consultants, contractors and clients

Manage the entire project sales lifecycle ie initiation, planning, execution, and closure

Conduct market research, maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and develop and pursue business leads and opportunities based on a systematic methodology to achieve set project sales and agreed revenue targets

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors and the internal project management team in order to attain project specifications on behalf of the principles

Evaluate credit history for new accounts in coordination with the Finance function for credit control purposes and within the context of the respective authority matrix ensuring regular monitoring of extended credit facilities and administering collections

Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer

Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations

Serve as the thought leader for sales in the allocated accounts regarding product requirements, selling trends, competitive landscape, marketing programs and communications

Facilitate feedback to different areas of business regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketingsales programs

Drive the business to achieve and surpass sales, business goals and objectives

Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns, and Leads

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company for new product features, new technology maintaining personal networks; participating in BIG5 related exhibitions

Educational Qualification

BABS degree in Business AdministrationMechanical

Additional QualificationCertification in Sales

Years of Experience

3-5 years project sales experience in UAE preferably in Stainless Steel Kitchen Commercial Kitchen industry

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level, Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Excellent in Microsoft Office, Excellent Presentation, Negotiation, Project Management, UAE Drivers License
