Lead generation through tele-calling, personal contacts and references, fixing meetings and calendar for sales team Tracking of postpaid leads and their status Calling existing customers feedback upsell appointment Liaise and push any issues between technical and sales with aim to meet SLAs Make and send proposals, rates, etc to customers as required Daily Tracking of postpaid activity calls, meetings, new and existing customers usage, declining usage, growing usage, etc Support postpaid Salessupport teams with calls, chats, emails Occasionally accompany Sales team for sales meeting Other miscellaneous activities as assigned by management
