Coordinating with Vendor /Internal Team /Customer on new installs & changes
Interact with customers, suppliers & Internal teams
On-site set-up & test of software for new installs / changes as required
Participation in internal and external training
Maintain customer communications during the problem resolution
Support any customer visits required as part of sales and support process.
Escalate issues to manager as required
Experience
At least 4-5 Years experience in IT field.
Excellent knowledge of McAfee IPS, Email Gateway and ePO
Experience in a wide-range of computer operating systems and desktop software
Strong knowledge of IT Security
A strong working knowledge of networking, as well as installation, troubleshooting, upgrading, integration and client/server operations is required.
Excellent experience in Microsoft Servers and desktop OS.
At least two years of full time experience in customer care/customer support.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Demonstrable knowledge of IT troubleshooting and administration
Good understanding of TCP/IP Networks.
Education
Master/Bachelor degree in computer sciences
McAfee Certified - preferred
MCSE 2003, 2008
CISSP - preferred
CCNASecurity
