Support the documentation and analysis of business processes, data flows, controls, policies, strategies, business requirements and other matters as relevant to our clients specific business advisory and IT project requirements.
Coordination and support of workshops with client personnel to gather required information.
Collecting and analyzing documentation and other information.
Preparing reports and analyses as directed.
Share knowledge with team members (e.g. share best practices, provides on-the-job training).
Skills and Competencies: Professional degree such as Engineering and or MBA.
3+ years consulting or professional services firm background.
Core competency in at least 2 advisory service lines (business strategy, business transformation, business process improvement, policy and procedure, etc), and broad cross functional knowledge to assist in delivery of other advisory service line projects.
Excellent oral communication ability and report writing abilities.
Ability to multi task and deliver several projects concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues,
Previous work experience with consulting / professional services firms in the GCC will be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word).
Highly motivated, committed, self-starter and ability to prioritize work/cope with changing priorities.
The position requires good Arabic speaking skills, Its mandatory
