Skills Required
Minimum of 4 years Area Management Retail Operations Management experience in either retail fashion, cosmetics, footwear, department stores with well recognised brands
Must have proven experience of managing multiple store locations ie Area Manager or Operations Manager in Kuwait with proven results in achieving targets
Strong understanding of Middle East retailing preference for an Arabic English speaker
Excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities and a focused team player are critical attributes
Strong people management, fiscal & budget preparation, good computer skills in Excel, Word are prerequisites
Ability to work in a multi cultural team and appreciation of other cultures & values
