Develops short and long term commercial plans which include tasks such as planning and managing kick-off, strategy sessions, content review and other meetings related to the proposal of strategic projects Implements these short and long term commercial plans by taking the key role in monitoring adherence to project schedules, identifying and coordinating resources and input required Develops, maintains and monitors new and existing business opportunities which fit into the company’s commercial plans by reviewing established and updated market-tested pricing policies for existing and future commercial activities Contributes to the development of business solutions and associated business plans by forecasting revenues and communicating necessary billing information for services rendered Represents the company on a day to day basis and acts as the channel of communication to and from third parties with regards to all commercial operations and activities Manages and maintains existing commercial relationships with internal and external clients in addition to developing new client relationships Develops and prepares quotations and cost estimations and ensures all proposed commercial activities meet internal profitability standards and is logistically viable Monitors all requisition forms and cost estimates prepared by the Projects Department in addition to analyzing relevant data of all outgoing and incoming quotations in order to identify any possible risks Motivates, directs and influences subordinates and others related to the business unit of the company to deliver high quality services and output Establishes commercial project standards and provides both operational and developmental direction to subordinates Undertakes related tasks required by higher management
