Design, develop and maintain electrical systems , machinery and components to required specifications focusing on safety reliability, quality and suitability
Reviews all electrical drawing, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs
Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical equipments, facilities and components
Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
Plane layout of electric power generating plans and distributions lines and stations
Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipments and major repair
Liaising with clients and contractors
Develop test requirement in electrical equipment check out and startup
Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements
Assist operations team in solving and diagnose faulty operations and recommends solutions
Control the cost of maintenance and time required for any repair
Provide on job training for new staff
Other duties as assigned
