In&depth Consulting is seeking candidates for a full time on&site deployment with their client’s HR Business Partner team This HR Business Partner teamfunction has the following key objectives To proactively identify people HR implications of business strategy and related strategic business decisions and provide improvement recommendations to line managers as well as HR on process, policy and HRMSsystem usage related trends and findings To analyse and make recommendations on managing issues relating to people, process, policy and HRMSsystem usage as faced by one or more business groupsRole summary As part of this team, the Advisor & HR Business Partner Unit shall be primarily responsible for the following1 Design and conduct workshops, focus groups etc to determine HR issues and risks faced by line managers2 Participate in management meetings initiated to understand strategic business decisions and determine HRpeople implications of these decisions3 Review divisiondepartment level performance of business on HR KPIs and make recommendations to line management on improving performance on people related KPIs 4 Analyze aggregate employee performance trends, if required, and identify reasons for variations and advise line management on the same 5 Adviseguide team in estimating strategiclong term talent management needs for the business based on business strategy as well as issues faced in attracting, developing, retaining and motivating talent6 Guide and train team members in the HR Business Partner team on an on&going basis on the above Support and advise the Head of the Business Partner unit on all operational and strategic aspects of the role
