Essential Qualifications
COMPETENCIES
Minimum Academic Qualifications
1BSc or Masters Degree or equivalent in engineering
2 Proficiency with one or more of the most commonly used facilities engineering software packages
Required Technical Competencies
1 Thorough understanding of facilities engineering techniques and methodologies
2Experience in project management is desirable
Required Generic Competencies
1 Fluent in English, written and oral is essential
2Ability to work independently
3 Demonstrated ability to worklead a project team and help contribute to an environment that fosters innovation, continuous improvement, and continuous learning
4Adaptability to different cultures and perspectives

Minimum Work Experience
1 At least 6 years of facilities experience (operatorconsultingservice company experience),
