Job Description

Directs and manage the maintenance, installation and repair of assigned units equipments and machineries
Establish and coordinate the maintenance with safety procedures, service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain machines equipments in the operatable condition
Recommend, design and modifications to eliminate the machines malfunction
Perform personnel functions such as supervision of production workers and technicians
Discuss and investigate the equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and recommends the solutions
Responsible for day today maintenance activities and participate in major overalls
Controls the cost of maintenance and time required for any repair
Prepare the spare part list, write work orders and purchase request
Prepare blue prints, schematic drawings and layout and other visual aids
Provides Technical presentations
Provide on job training for the new staff
Other duties as assigned
