Responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance activities
Maximizing equipments reliability and availability using planned maintenance most effectively
Maximizing operating profit utilizing maintenance crew where it is more profitable
Responsible for the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all recourses to conduct maintenance activities which results in minimum downtime and maximum productivity
Develop work plan for day to day and shutdown maintenance activity
Review a work request for accuracy and clarity, clear scope of work, realistic completion date and discuss details with originator of work planner
Identifies and secures all parts and materials required to complete the work by providing stores a bill of material
Manages the status of work control and backlog for work order
Verifies all materials, tools and labors available prior to scheduling
Issue scheduled work order with job plan packets
