Responsible for the process of assigned unit to optimize the plant operations, chemicals, utilities and consumables
Analyze operation problems and upsets and suggest solutions
Review of Block Flow diagrams (PFD), and process flow diagram (PFD) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P& ID)
Perform process engineering calculation
Monitor and calculate material and energy balances
Review process equipment specifications, data sheets bid tabulations
Review unit operation status daily and recommend corrections
Accountable for the successful completion of engineers tasks
Supervise other fresh process engineers
Coordinate with client and renders to resolve technical issues
Prepares of meeting minutes and action lists
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposal
Assist operations during unit upset or emergencies
Assist operations during startup or shutdown of assigned unit
Direct laboratory services
Participate in operating expense budget and control of operating expenses
Monitor and update of daily process report and submit regular report to plant manager
