Responsibilities
Contacting client organizations for new business leads and project managing the recruitment requirementsScheduling interviews with prospective candidatesCreating a thigh-touch, best in class candidate experience Updating candidate status on Company databaseCreating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (KPIs) pertaining to Clients and Candidates
Extensive contact with prospective candidates, including Maintaining candidate contacts Candidate mailings and answering phones as necessaryGeneral word processing, editing, and reformatting of documents (MS Word and Excel required), adhering to corporate document style standardsCoordinating all administrative document processing related to active candidates, open positions and new hiresUpdating candidate data to respective reports and databasesUpdating position specificationsCoordination with the Team LeadMonitoring status of impending hires etc
Required SkillsExperience
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably with a Recruitment Firm HR Candidates from a Sales andor Business Development background will also be consideredPleasing personalityGraduateDiploma holderExcellent written and verbal communication skills Customer driven focus Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Detail and team-oriented Ability to multitask at all levels Excellent organizational skills
