Carries out operational and financial audits in accordance with direction of senior management
Contributes to Internal Audits Risk Database
Assists in undertaking annual or periodic risk assessments for all operational and business units of the bank
Organizes audit programs
Performs audit tests in accordance with approved programs
Accountable for ensuring audit is carried out in accordance with approved Internal Audit Division requirements
Prepares audit reports in line with approved requirements and submits these to senior management
Responsible for carrying out assigned internal investigations and preparation of investigation reports
Qualifications and experience experience
A Professional Certification (Accountancy Audit) or Advanced Degree (MBA)
Strong command of English (spoken & written) Arabic an advantage but not compulsory
At least 5 years experience in AccountingAudit of which at least 3 years in a banking environment
