Job Description

- Contributes to general preparation of design and construction documents and models
- Identify, investigate and assemble technical information and data related to site project (regulatory framework, precedent research, site surveys, existing utility services) as well as related data for market studies, and project startup
- Assist Project Managers in the required coordination work with the Consultants and assist monitoring the overall progress of work
- Performs basic documentation and presentation work, including details and dimension
- Produce related required shop drawings and materials submittals
- Organize own work efforts to meet deadlines and submissions dates
- Coordinates work with the project team
- Assist in the development of local office standards, policies and procedures
