Job Description

Supervise unit operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures
Responsible to meet shift production goals
Manage operation team to meet the production targets with safe manner
Responsible for unit upsets and emergencies and implement the actions accordingly
Report upsetsemergencies to Plant Manager during the shift
Responsible to generate all kinds of repots related operations
Conduct employee performance reviews
Communicate with other parties for as required
Ensure clean and safe work area
Raise work request through work permit system
Train and coach production line employees
Responsible for utilities and chemicals during the shift
Perform all other duties as assigned
