Position Regional Sales ManagerEducation Bachelor s Degree (Pharmacy Degree is required for Hospital Line Team) Post graduate degree is a mustYears of Experience Minimum 6 to 9 years of prior experience in a similar positionContract Length 3 yearsBrief Description on DutiesBuild solid relationships with distributors in the region in which they become committed to the company s productsvalues and leading practicesCreate & follow up on sales achievements in the region Ensure that sufficientcredible market knowledge is obtained prior to assessing Prepare summary and recommendation report to CCO & Regional Business Development on the potential distributors Distributor RelationshipBuild solid relationships with distributors in the region in which they become committed to the company s productsvalues and leading practicesCreate & follow up on sales achievements in the region Ensure that sufficientcredible market knowledge is obtained prior to assessing Direct Sales Activities Ensure that the company s regional market share meets the targets in place on supplierproductclientterritoryRepresentative levelSupport the Regional Business Development in setting annual and timely sales targets based on credible and accurate analysis of historical performance, market trend and future expectations As part of sustaining a professional business relationship with clientsdistributors, identify assess and manage clients distributors needs and expectations in a timely manner Maintain continuous communication, oral, written, remote and on site (whenever possible) with the company clientssuppliers as needed Addressing clients distributors needs by acting as a focal point of communication with the various relevant departments within the companyCoordinate with the Sales Supervisor & the concerned departments, namely Regional HR & AdministrationRegional Business Development, to ensure participation, timely & accurate submission to all tenders Communicate and coordinate with Regional Supply Chain and Warehouse in relation to prepare the Sales & Shipment ForecastPlanMarketing & Medical Awareness Assist in developing the marketing plan based on understanding of market trends and dynamics Propose to the Regional Business Development Supervisor & CCO new productssuppliersdistributors and other business development opportunities and provide initial market data collection as needed Tracking & Reporting Prepare periodic market level dashboards on the overall market status and key risksopportunities that may impact the company sales activity Ensure that sales activities are recorded in timely, accurate and complete manners so that management can generate timely reports on sales performance as neededReview & approve the department objectives, KPIs & budgetsConduct performance appraisal for Sales SupervisorsSkills RequiredAnnual training courses of not less than 5 in field of expertise and team managementinterpersonal skillsEmotional Intelligence including conflict resolution Business Communication Skills (oral and written) Negotiation Skills Time management and ability to work under strict deadlines LeadershipCoachingProblem SolvingBudgeting & Forecasting
