1. Any new consignment entering the country through submitting import permit to MOH signed by pharmacist in charge (PinC)
2. PinC will be receiving new consignment, checking if it is coming in the vehicle with proper temperature and handling. PinC will also check all batch numbers, expiry dates and details match as per MOH approvals. This will be checked by random sampling.
3. If any shortage or damage for the new consignment we receive, PinC will inform his/her manager accordingly.
4. Prepare Import Permit to be cleared by MOH inspector by taking one box from each item and if PinC notice any change in the product (country of origin, Manufacturer, outer & inner pack, etc.), PinC will inform his/her manager, Demand Planning Manager and Regulatory Affairs Manager in Abu Dhabi.
5. After clearing the consignment, PinC will inform all responsible persons by e-mail what is cleared and what is not cleared and the reason.
6. Any remark by MOH inspector, PinC will inform his/her manager.
7. Contact the responsible persons in Dubai MOH if any problem occurs for new consignment and inform his/her manager.
8. Generate Monthly report for the cleared consignment (register intake).
9. Send Movement Statement for controlled and Semi-controlled medicine every month to MOH.
10. Responsible for Supply of Ultiva inj. (Fully Controlled medicine).
11. Interacting with Dubai Customs Clearance for Ministry of Health and Dubai Municipality to develop a good professional business relation with the necessary authorities.
12. Register new products with Dubai Municipality by submitting samples.
13. Forward documents to Dubai Municipality for Approval. and accordingly get them approved and registered.

1. Any new consignment entering the country through submitting import permit to MOH signed by pharmacist in charge (PinC)
2. PinC will be receiving new consignment, checking if it is coming in the vehicle with proper temperature and handling. PinC will also check all batch numbers, expiry dates and details match as per MOH approvals. This will be checked by random sampling.
3. If any shortage or damage for the new consignment we receive, PinC will inform his/her manager accordingly.
4. Prepare Import Permit to be cleared by MOH inspector by taking one box from each item and if PinC notice any change in the product (country of origin, Manufacturer, outer & inner pack, etc.), PinC will inform his/her manager, Demand Planning Manager and Regulatory Affairs Manager in Abu Dhabi.
5. After clearing the consignment, PinC will inform all responsible persons by e-mail what is cleared and what is not cleared and the reason.
6. Any remark by MOH inspector, PinC will inform his/her manager.
7. Contact the responsible persons in Dubai MOH if any problem occurs for new consignment and inform his/her manager.
8. Generate Monthly report for the cleared consignment (register intake).

Convert enquiries to confirmed bookings. Guide the Customers through any alternative options in terms of routes & fares, including transit visa information depending on the nationality. Always strive to promote products and airlines represented by Sharaf Travel Services or their associated companies.
Ensure optimum customer service through effective telephone and e-mail etiquettes while adhering to the set timelines.
Monitor, sort and work on GDS queues daily to maintain quality control.
Maintain Profiles of corporate customers and frequent retail customers on GDS, ensuring all passenger travel related information and preferences are stored for seamless service.
Remain informed of all airline rules, regulations and current affairs while advising on the Customers travel plan. Communicate information to Customers accurately and appropriately.
Follow the set procedures of the Operations Department wherever applicable in all activities such as reservation, issuance of tickets, and generation of reports to Sales & Accounts Departments, and the reporting of transactions to Accounts.
Assure that special arrangements for customers requiring assistance for Wheelchair, Un-accompanied Minors, Pet Inside Cabin (PETC), Animal in Hold (AVIH), Limo Service, seat assignment, meals, etc are handled with highest levels of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.
Report all Customer complaints & appreciations to the Customer Services Officer with a copy to the Line Manager. Support the Customer Service Officer with the required facts during any investigation and corrective action process.
Build and maintain strong relations with the Corporate Customers and various airline representatives to ensure business support.
Ensure excellent coordination & communication with staff from within the team and various departments like, Sales, Holidays, Finance and HR.
Highly proactive and exhibit innovation & initiative in the assigned roles & responsibilities as an individual and effective team member.
