As a Reservoir Engineer in an unconventional asset you will have experience in producing field development plans using reservoir simulation and/or practical understanding of the nature of unconventional reservoirs. You will also be very familiar with risks associated with key decisions in the planning process and be able to recommend on actions to mitigate these risks. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering. An advanced degree is preferred and will reduce prerequisite work experience stated below by one year for a masters degree and two years for a Ph.D. A minimum of 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in unconventional plays, including shale and tight gas. Other desirable skills include: Oil and gas fields development and production operations, preferably in unconventional. Workover/recompletion program design and well site supervision to include coil tubing, wireline, stimulation, snubbing, log analysis, etc. Surface facility design including compression, gas metering, tank batteries, dehydration, treaters, separators and production units, pumping units, etc. Operating expense analysis, decline curve analysis, well test analysis, pipeline design and installation. Understanding of geology and reservoir mechanics to perform pressure analysis, material balance and have the ability to read logs, understand formation evaluation, core analysis, geomechanics and stimulation data. Duties & Responsibilities You will be required to perform the following: Perform engineering work requiring application of standard and unconventional techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of engineering tasks. Prepare estimated well costs for well construction and remedial work. Prepare precise and accurate well designs for new wells and for remedial workovers and recompilations. Provide technical assistance to drilling operations staff to ensure that each well is completed in a safe, efficient manner. Operate and maintain onshore gas leases and wells to produce the highest profitable volumes of oil and gas. Monitor operating expenses to identify and control high cost areas to maintain lifting cost at the lowest possible level. Prepare annual volumes and expenses for budgeting. Monitor well tests and production curves, plan and initiate well work to maintain and improve production and develop behind pipe reserves. Identify profit improvement opportunities, develop and recommend new plans or necessary changes in plans of operation and associated equipment. Gather, perform calculations on and analyze data, such as well tests, fluid levels, bottom-hole pressures, and decline curves to assure efficient producing and equipment utilization. Design, recommend and schedule the installation of production equipment and connection to sales pipeline for new wells. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of new completions, especially design of fracture stimulation. Work closely with geology and reservoir groups as required in planning and conducting field studies. Assist in providing supervision on well sites and direct field operations through appropriate field foremen when necessary. Visit assigned field operations as required. Perform various other studies as necessary that are applicable to production operations. Stop unsafe work by employees or contractors. Witness start-up and run performance tests of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Compressor, Laboratory Gas system to ensure that all systems are integrated and working together.
Monitor the HVAC & Plumbing equipment for compliance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
Participate in testing, adjusting and balancing of ventilation system to ensure requirements of Laboratory Environment are meeting design intent.
Ensure that all commissioning procedures follow all appropriate safety practices and procedures.
Attend construction and commissioning meeting to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Coordinate the start-up and turnover of the facilities, systems and equipment to the end user (maintenance department and researcher).
Participate in the walkthrough of laboratory facilities and develop list of exception item to be submitted to contractor agency in order to ensure all equipment and its accessories are installed according to project specification and international standards.

Ø Shall determine the general & temporal objectives of the sale of spare parts throughout the kingdom, based on the findings of the researches & studies conducted by means of the marketing systems employed, to know the kingdom’s areas & outlets, as well as the methods & ways of the distribution of the spare parts in it, besides the existing potentiality of their distribution, the competitors’ conditions, circumstances & the agents & dealers’ problems as well.
Ø Shall act & do to realize the general & temporal targets, through general sales planning & the means of invigorating them, in a manner ensuring the coverage of its markets & the expansions of the spare parts consumers’ base.

v The Core Duties & Obligations:

Ø Shall oversee the setting of policies governing spare parts pricing, develop & promote such policies & adopt pricing procedures conforming to the established policies, not to mention, encountering the competition, the consumer’s buying power, the parts’ benefits, their cost & the findings of market studies, in order to achieve the highest revenue possible for the company.
Ø Shall determine setting periodic field visitations programs, to the areas, where the spare parts are marketed & distributed, to familiarize himself with the problems of distribution & pricing on the spot & to measure the extent of satisfaction with the company’s polices, for using such visitation programs in the evaluation of the company’s selling & marketing polices in these areas.
Ø Shall supervise over the control, follow up & data analysis, relating to the spare parts in stock, whether in relation to the size of such stock, or its movement, on the level of the kingdom, or the company, or the movement of stock items within its group, the stock limits, the capacity of the warehouses in general & shall also suggest the appropriate stock policies, the levels of storage, the limit of safety per item & its circulation rate, as well.
Ø Shall oversee the company’s spare parts purchases planning tasks, in accordance with the goals defined for the sales & the policies & situation of the stock, in relation to such planning tasks & that which is still on the way.
Ø Shall oversee the implementation of the spare parts purchases plans & follow up such an implementation, in respect of the monthly purchase orders.
Ø Shall superintend the follow-up works of the spare parts shipments, coming to the company pending their arrival and shall take the necessary measures, regarding their customs clearance, release, their receipt, transport, examination & their storage in the warehouses, in addition to specifying the missing items & the damaged ones & claiming them.
Ø Shall oversee the follow-up works of the situation of the inventory of the spare parts in stock, in the spare parts warehouses & feed them, according to the situation of the inventory in every warehouse & meet its requirements, in accordance with the established rules & fundaments.
Ø Shall look into the preparation of the retail distributor’s purchase orders, the major dealers, government departments, companies & hand them over to them according to the release orders, & the delivery schedules, coming from the retail sales & shall advise it of what has been made in their respect.
Ø Shall supervise over the studies relevant to the development & promotion of the outlets of sales & distribution used, increasing them, upgrading the methods of marketing, the systems of sales, purchase & storage with the distributors, besides effecting coordination among them & upgrading their performance efficiency.
Ø Shall verily do to ensure & strengthen effective cooperation and relations between the company & the spare parts distributors, in a manner that shall achieve their common good & interest & shall coordinate with them as regards the common objectives & policies, the conditions of the market, the marketing problems & facing the consumers’ trends.
Ø Shall oversee & supervise over the designing & performance of the programs aiming at the upgrading of skills & the know-how & technical ability of the workers in the area spare parts in general. He shall also present every thing that is new, besides training the workers with the intention of attaining the satisfaction of the customers.

Responsibilities / Duties
Operational
·        Organise, coordinate and manage with the supervisor the day to day operations of the jobsite.

Experience
·        Minimum 5 years experience in construction and maintenance, of which 3 years must be in a supervisory position with a multinational work force.
Job Knowledge & Skills
·        In-depth knowledge of trade construction, maintenance materials and pricing.Â
·        Strong technical background and knowledge of other trades works such as electrical, AC, MEP and civil works.
·        Strong IT skills. Experience in commonly used software packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
