Planning Manager

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of work experience
2 years minimum in planning


Planning Engineer

Basic Functions

Establish an overall project schedule
Evaluate and validate Contractors schedules including critical path & resource analysis
Monitor progress and prepare forecast
Evaluate proposed change orders
Scenario planning to evaluate risk & opportunity
Evaluation and monitoring of procurement linkages, key deliverables & orders
Weekly & monthly update of project schedule & reporting requirements
Monitors, tracks, and reports progress performance against baseline schedule
Forecasts completion dates and final performance
Identifies schedule variances and trends and make recommendations for corrective action
