12-04-2018Job brief We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic designer and Social Media Manager with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact, as well as administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will cohesively manage our company image to achieve our marketing goals. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, flyers, billboard advertisements, product packaging, etc. Job Responsibilities: • Conceptualizes and creates designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of design principles. • Develops, conceptualizes, designs, implements, and maintains innovative and cutting-edge, high-quality designs and graphics for print, website, collateral materials, and social media channels. • Creates, shoots, edits and produces short videos with short timelines. Shoots digital photos to illustrate stories and videos, for use on social media platforms, collateral materials, marketing and advertising the company. • Coordinates production schedules to ensure projects and assignments are delivered promptly. • Produces graphics, video and photographic content for the company’s social media channels • Manages and continuously updates/monitors social media channels. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand. • Engage with customers through the use of social media. • Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms. • Maximize followers on social media platforms . • Ensuring that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium. • monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative. • Building reporting frameworks to evaluate the return on investment on the various platforms. • Analyzing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns. • Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content. Skills Requirements • Proven graphic design experience. • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. • Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies. • Highly proficient in all design aspects. • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time. • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs. • Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs. • 2+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency. • Proven work experience as a Social media manager. • Hands on experience in content management. • Excellent copywriting skills. • Ability to deliver original content (text, image, and video). • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics Knowledge and Understanding of online marketing channels. • Familiarity with web design.2018-04-12 15:41:29 |
