Perform Site surveys and write Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSRs) Work with System Engineers to understand the System design and identify implementation requirements Perform Inventories of Site equipment and issue Shipping Requests for Site Material as required Coordinate with Logistics team for delivery of material on site to start Site Installation Perform MSO and Remote Site Installations, Integration, commissioning and testing Interface with Sub-contractors during site installation phase and supervise Electrical and Telecom Anntenna Systems installation and testing Assist in creation of Site Installation and update As-Built Documentations and Drawings after completion of Site Installation Manage 3rd party Vendor work acceptance of Equipment and Services Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) when required Perform Field Site acceptance Tests (FSAT) in the field with the customer Work with the Motorola FPM (Field Project Manager) for day-by-day task assignment and coordination Understand important project milestones and create and manage goals to meet the Project deadlines set by FPM Interface with ESSC (European System Support Centre) for field issue trouble ticketing, assist troubleshooting and upon resolution closing the ticket Open C3 cases as required in the field and maintain ownership of the case until closure Work with the CSM (Customer Service Manager) to provide technical support for systems in support phase when required Provide weekly reports on progress of the projects and issues discovered in the field Adhere to Motorola Quality and EHS policies and procedures Comply with Motorola s code of business conduct and complete applicable Motorola on-line training courses Comply with all Motorola policies and procedures applicable to the role Fill out weekly timesheets accurately and on time
