Business Development
- Completing environmental scans to determine the current needs of specific employers within Qatar for employee skills development and enhancement to achieve excellence in their operations
- Conducting needs analysisto meet local industry, business and government requirements at various levels of the organization in the fields of engineering and health sciences as well as business studies, information technology; language studies and academics, and technical preparation program
- Preparing responsive and collaborative proposals, quotes and budgets for clients
- Ensuring the human and physical resources are available to meet client needs
- Identifying financial, client and stakeholder, business processes, and innovation-related issues, opportunities and risks to support for continuous improvement and the Departments quest to become a significant revenue-generating and profit center in the college for the State of Qatar

Client and Stakeholder Relations
- Coordinating the delivery of existing courses and programs and the development and delivery of customized courses and programs for clients in consultation with internal college departments and schools
- Monitoring satisfaction levels
- Identifying financial, client and stakeholder, business processes, and innovation-related issues, opportunities and risks to support continuous improvement and the Departments quest to become a significant revenue-generating and profit center in the college for the State of Qatar

Account Management
- Monitoring individual contract budgets
- Contributing to departmental financial reviews, forecasts and regular planning
- Identifying financial, client and stakeholder, business processes, and innovation-related issues, opportunities and risks to support continuous improvement and the Departments quest to become a significant revenue-generating and profit center in the college for the State of Qatar

Contract Administration
- Administering and implementing contracts involving human, financial, and material resources, working with Department and other appropriate college personnel at CNA-Q and CNA-NL in the development and administration of the program elements
- Identifying financial, client and stakeholder, business processes, and innovation-related issues, opportunities and risks to support continuous improvement and the Departments quest to become a significant revenue-generating and profit center in the college for the State of Qatar

Team development
- Identifying financial, client and stakeholder, business processes, and innovation-related issues, opportunities and risks to support continuous improvement
- Reporting on and planning for current and planned activity that contributes to the Departments quest to become a significant revenue-generating and profit center in the college for the State of Qatar
