Job Description

- Develop and research applicability of personnel policies, procedures and practices
- Analyze changes in labor law, Policy and legislative developments to recommend improvement changes to Management on companys Personnel Policy & Procedures
- Advise Management and interpret Personnel Policies and Procedures to ensure consistent application
- Initiate or participate in local regional Compensation & Benefits survey and present findings to Management
- Represent the company in local regional compensation forum
- Advise Managers, Employees and other stakeholders on the changes made to companys Personnel Policies and Procedures, and would conduct awareness briefings on the same
- Compute and determine starting salary and compensation levels for new employees to maintain balance in Salary Administration SystemsRequirements- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with specialized certification in Human Resources
- Minimum 10-15 Years of experience within the HR function, specialized in preparation of Policies, Procedures and Compensation Analysis in the Oil & Gas Petrochemical Industries
