Handle payroll and personal data related grievances from employees ensuring such grievances are resolved with minimal effect on the employee and company interests.
Handle all transactional hr Admin & Payroll requests received from line departments and employees ensuring necessary changes/ updates are made in the hrMS system as per the guidelines (SOPs) ensuring utmost accuracy.
Handle employee database ensuring correct data are centrally available at all times. Execute processes to capture and rectify errors and mismatches to upkeep the database at the highest quality for all company-wide users.
Monitor key hr Admin & Payroll processes and procedures to ensure all hr Admin and Payroll activities are conducted in a timely and smooth manner. Constantly watch the processes and identify where and when they fail and formulate more accurate processes and procedures.
Consult with IT on system bugs, enhancements and developments ensuring that they are resolved/ implemented within specific time frames. Play an active role in system testing ensuring it is error free before its deployment company wide.
Handle all pension related transactional activities in respect of existing and ex-employees until the end results are achieved.
Constantly monitor payroll activities to ensure error free inputs and outputs are maintained at all times. Devise methods to proactively capture errors and omission to produce an error free payroll. Organize and monitor timely exception reporting to minimize errors.

28-01-2019 2019-04-28A multinational company is seeking to hire a human resources Manager to be based in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary objective will be to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify hr priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing a customer-focused hr service. You will be required to provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management, which fully reflects current employment legislation, best practices and the company's desire to be an employer of choice. You will have to manage recruitment, provide support on the full range of hr activities, including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, redundancy planning etc. and manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters. You will have to provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases, develop, implement and maintain hr policies and procedures, monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and administer the evaluation of all learning and development activities. You will be required to make recommendations on a cost-effective management development program, maintain training records and gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of the compensation and benefits package. You will have to assist with the annual salary review process, monitor hr trends throughout the organization and provide management information on Key Performance Indicators. To qualify for this position, the ideal candidate should be a post graduate with a minimum of 8 years of hr related experience including 4 years as an hr / Assistant hr Manager.
