Bachelor's degree or above
Over 5 years related experience working as sales manager for large financial institution
Deep industry knowledge and broad understanding of the region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA market
Experience of multi-channel retail model expertise including e-banking and self service
Candidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and positive
Demonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changes
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage staff members including coaching, performance development and resource allocation
Proven ability to lead and innovate as well as manage resources in an efficient manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the public
Ability to Influence, empathic skills, people oriented personality and strong work ethic
Fluent in English & Arabic (both verbal and written)
