Broad and deep understanding of marketing in the FMCG industry
Around 3-5 years of marketing within blue chip FMCG companies
Ability to craft business strategies and implement them successfully, while managing the associated change & people processes
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
An entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate 'best practices'
Balanced yet strong first hand exposure to premium brands
Fluency in spoken & written English, French and Arabic is mandatory
