Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for the development of integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and activities designed to support the launch, sustain and run-out of the assigned brands and model lines Responsibilities include managing the development of strategic and tactical briefs, PR, advertising, media planning, sales literature, exhibitions, events, point of sale material, CRM activities and model-specific online modules Maintain and foster long term relationships with relevant agencies and counterparts to continuously improve branding and positioning

There are several roles within the Brand Management team Responsibilities between the three roles are allocated by ModelSeries and special projects

1 Monitor and analyze market sales, industry developments, competitive actions and economic outlook in order to prepare recommendations concerning the Sales and Marketing strategies within the Luxury Performance Segment, and its sub segments, relevant to Group automotive products

2 Routinely analyzes and prepare information concerning the activities of competitors in terms of their sales volumes, pricing strategies, product reviews, marketing strategy, positioning against relevant Group products Support Marketing Research in identifying future research needs

3 Identify and specify requirements of Saudi specific lifecycle measures on a model and intra-model level Conduct internal Product Clinics and formalize resulting Saudi Product Request as needed

4 Analyze, develop and prepare customer targets, including demographics, psychographics and lifestyle descriptions

5 Responsible for reviewing various media opportunities with the brand and assist in dealing with creative and media buying agencies to develop communication platform

6 Responsible for the development of a model lifecycle strategy and according tactical activities Briefings, execution of creative strategy and the development of strong working relationships with Branches, Middle East and other markets as required Also to help introduce new fresh advertising creative from around the world and locally

7 Responsible for the developing strong working relationship of lead creative agency with direction and guidance for the development of the brand

8 Responsible for the adaptation of the central ATL campaigns for Saudi Arabia and the development and execution of local BTL activities

9 Ongoing supervision, maintenance and distribution of showroom materials Investigate new opportunities (in dealership Kiosk, local suppliers, merchandising gifts for events etc) as and when necessary

10 Work with Middle East and agency on the role-out of model-specific online micro sites

11 Effectively promote marketing initiatives to the Retailer Network, as well as internally via Group platforms (eg Memos, activity updates) Manage distribution of Sales Literature, printed collateral and Point of Sale materials

12 Successfully manage the media, advertising production, sales literature and POS portions of the budget, for relevant models, ensuring that funds are properly allocated and monitored

13 Review creative concepts for brand fit, product accuracy, positioning and strategic alignment and ensure compliance Brand Identity

14 Responsible for overseeing product placement, reviewing proposals, liaising with the agency, coordinating placements as required

15 Other duties of a general or unspecified nature that may be required to maintain the overall effectiveness of the Marketing department
