BS or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, preferably in FMCG industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Emotional intelligence - self-awareness, confidence, ability to manage conflict, empathy
Interpersonal skills - collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
High level of personal integrity consistent with Gandours core values
Excellent PC skills including Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Power designer and well known BPM tools
Strong skills in project management, written and verbal communications, team facilitation, presentations, problem solving and analysis
Understands various business environments and processes
Understanding of financial analysis, business analysis and process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma and Lean
Project ManagementPMP certification (or in process of) is a plus
